San Francisco coffee company that grew out of a 200-square-foot coffee shop.

Nabeel Silmi founded Grand Coffee on Mission Street in 2010 and served Four Barrel beans for the first eight years. Roasting began in 2018, and Adrian Lopez and Kimberly Kim became partners in the roasting company in 2019. In 2022 the three split roasting on a Probat UG-22 at the Pulley Collective shared facility in West Oakland, the year Grand Coffee Too opened at 2544 Mission Street.

In 2022 green coffee came through importers such as Primavera, Mayan Harvest, and Bean Voyage, with an emphasis on women producers. As of October 2026 the online shop sells Chiapas Women's Harvest, a Colombian Pink Bourbon, and a Rwandan natural.

At this shop

The shop is a storefront at 2663 Mission Street, with a red-tiled base, a bench on the sidewalk, and a window where drinks are handed out to the street. Inside, the counter and espresso bar sit along the front glass, and one wall is covered in cork pinned with hand-drawn paper cups. Weathered painted boards clad the ceiling above the bar.
