Owners Liza Otanes and Rich Lee started with a red cart at SPARK Social in 2017, then opened a cafe on Church Street in 2021 and a shop at Golden Gate Avenue and Polk Street in 2023. The menu centers on espresso, which baristas call spro, in drinks such as sangria cold brew and espresso tonics with yuzu and honey.
Zero-proof cocktails adapt barista competition signature drinks, and a sous-vide kitchen makes house-made pastries. The shop on Spear Street opened in August 2026.
